ISTC (Institut des Stratégies et Techniques de Communication) is part of the Lille Catholic University, the biggest private university in France in terms of number of students (nearly 35,000 students). 

ISTC has been training operational, adaptable and open-minded communication professionals since 1991. In order to ensure they enter the professional world promptly and that they are well prepared to face its challenges, ISTC offers its 700+ students a broad-based education that combines theory and practice with a strong intercultural and international dimension. ISTC’s growing reputation was recently materialised by a second position for its Bachelor programme in the national annual ranking Eduniversal, in the Media and Communication category.
